Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone

Is this the cause of growth hormone low sleep disturbance at night?
My son is 21 months old.He is 86 cm high, so the problem is he wakes up twice in the night of the milk that comes from its bottle, awakening is due to disturbances at night in growth hormone that is published in the night.
It has no effect on growth or growth hormone.
